Work Life Balance

What is just a modern term for others is lived at KRIWAN. Our greatest goal is to retain our employees for as long as possible. That's why our employees have the opportunity to flexibly adapt their working hours to their personal life situation at any time. After all, life is not always the same and rigid - and the workload should be able to adapt accordingly.

Unbeatable team

Our team is a unit that ensures our collegial working atmosphere. Working together should be fun - that is particularly important to us. Joint coffee and lunch breaks, where colleagues also meet and network within the teams, are essential for good cooperation. We also like to get together after work for a team event.

Mobile & Home Office

Depending on the area of responsibility, KRIWAN also offers the option of working from a mobile or home office. We equip our employees with the latest technology and are happy to accommodate individual equipment requests. A laptop bag, docking station, wireless mouse and keyboard, as well as large flat screens, are standard equipment.

Flexitime

Our employees always have an overview of their working hours at all times. Any overtime worked is stored in the time account and can be worked off flexibly after consultation with the respective team leader. Whether it's an afternoon off or several days - it's entirely up to the employees.

30 vacation days

It is well known that the best way to work is to relax! 30 days of vacation per year for every employee is a fixed law for us. There are also special leave days for private occasions.

Further training

Active participation in personal and professional training and development is desired! Every year, a budget is available for the further training of our employees, which can and should be used.

13th month's salary

At KRIWAN, our employees can expect an attractive, performance-related salary with extensive social benefits and bonus payments plus a 13th month's salary. These payments come into effect as soon as they are hired - not just after the probationary period. After all, our employees make a valuable contribution to the company's success from day one.

Employer subsidies

We provide business and private accident insurance, as well as direct insurance plus 500€ over and above the statutory requirements. We are also happy to pay a childcare allowance for our colleagues with children.

Job Bike

Because the health of our employees is important to us, we at KRIWAN offer a job bike. Exercise and an active lifestyle are essential for good health. The job bike is designed to support this.
