Training at KRIWAN

The optimum foundation for your vocational future

Whether it is a commercial or technical job – good training has always been particularly important to KRIWAN. We know that, as a technology-oriented company, we need qualified employees. People and their expertise are our capital.

Which is why we invest in your training, enabling you to become an active member of the KRIWAN community from the very beginning.

Team members not coffeemakers

Our trainees are incorporated directly into the innovation process with their own projects, working actively in collaboration on internal company processes. This gives trainees an awareness of the value of their own work.

KRIWAN trainees quickly take on a role within the company that goes far beyond simply learning the content of training courses.

Our objective: At the end of their training, our trainees should be "ready to go" and be able to be fully integrated employees – responsible, flexible and efficient.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Applications for apprenticeships should be submitted by post or e-mail by 1 October at the latest in the year before the start of the apprenticeship. Please do not forget your curriculum vitae and the last two school reports!

Industrial electrician for devices and systems

Training as an industrial electrician for devices and systems covers the manufacture, testing and repair of devices and assemblies.

This involves tasks such as PCB assembly, manufacturing, testing and repairing devices and assemblies, creating and applying technical documents, carrying out projects and, in some cases, participating in developments.

The training is also aimed at secondary school graduates and is - roughly speaking - identical in content to the first two years of training as an electronics engineer for devices and systems. As an industrial electrician, you are not trained as specialized as others after three or three and a half years. Instead, you finish earlier and can enter the profession more quickly.

However, this two-year training is an interesting way for all those who are looking for a more practice-oriented start. After only two years you will have a recognised vocational qualification. Nevertheless, you still have the opportunity to enter the second year of training as an electronics technician for devices and systems after this first qualification and to obtain the second vocational qualification.
