Application's done, now what?

The selection process at KRIWAN.

When we receive your application, we look through all documents and immediately send you confirmation of receipt.

Your documents are then forwarded to the relevant department manager responsible, who generally compiles a short-list within two to four weeks.

The telephone interview

In a short telephone interview, we talk about your experience and your professional skills, but also check whether the "chemistry" is right. Perhaps we still have questions, or you would like to learn more about KRIWAN. In this interview, both sides will find the appropriate answers.

The job interview

During the interview you will meet your future supervisor and a representative of the personnel department. Here too, we would like to learn more about you, your experience and your professional competence. At the same time, you can ask us questions and receive personal answers.

Application to KRIWAN Industrie-Elektronik GmbH

KRIWAN Industrie-Elektronik GmbH collects and processes the personal data provided in the application process in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations on the basis of § 26 BDSG. We process the data that you submit as part of your application exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the application process. Data will not be processed for any other purpose.

The personal data sent as part of the application will be transferred to our HR department. As a rule, applications are also forwarded to the heads of the relevant specialist departments in our company.

If you would like to have the data transmitted as part of your application deleted, please let us know by sending an email to lisa.schmidt(at)kriwan.de.

If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will be deleted no later than 6 months after our notification to you.

What is just a modern term for others is lived at KRIWAN. Our greatest goal is to retain our employees for as long as possible. Flexitime

Our employees always have an overview of their working hours at all times. Any overtime worked is stored in the time account and can be worked off flexibly after consultation with the respective team leader. Whether it's an afternoon off or several days - it's entirely up to the employees.

30 vacation days

It is well known that the best way to work is to relax! 30 days of vacation per year for every employee is a fixed law for us. There are also special leave days for private occasions.

Further training

Active participation in personal and professional training and development is desired! Every year, a budget is available for the further training of our employees, which can and should be used.

13th month's salary

At KRIWAN, our employees can expect an attractive, performance-related salary with extensive social benefits and bonus payments plus a 13th month's salary. These payments come into effect as soon as they are hired - not just after the probationary period. After all, our employees make a valuable contribution to the company's success from day one.

Employer subsidies

We provide business and private accident insurance, as well as direct insurance plus 500€ over and above the statutory requirements. We are also happy to pay a childcare allowance for our colleagues with children.
