With the INT69 UY Diagnose device family, KRIWAN offers reliable and user-friendly solutions for protecting and monitoring high-precision and sensitive electrical components, drives and electrical loads. The causes of malfunctions and resulting damage to electrical equipment are often due to
increased current consumption, incorrect phase sequence or a deviating supply voltage. The new generation of KRIWAN INT69 UY Diagnose voltage monitors ensure trouble-free and safe operation of the plant, are fully networkable and thus provide valuable data for condition monitoring.

The KRIWAN INT89 I Diagnose current relay is used in combination with the KRIWAN INT185 current transformer for current monitoring. Fast-response current monitoring increases the availability and service life of a machine.

Areas of application of the INT69 UY Diagnose voltage relay

Current relay INT69 I2 Diagnose and INT89 I Diagnose

The INT69 I2 and INT89 I Diagnose current relays are a further development of the established KRIWAN trip units. In addition to the INT69 I2 or INT89 I Diagnose, the INT185 current transformer is required as the second component of the KRIWAN monitoring system. Fast-response current monitoring increases the availability and service life of a machine.
The INT69 I2 or INT89 I Diagnose stores operating and fault data in a non-volatile memory. This data can be read out and evaluated for diagnostics. This trip unit is mainly used in installations where current monitoring is required.

With current monitoring, the following events lead to tripping:

  • Permanent exceeding of the switch-off value for the tripping delay time.
  • Exceeding of the 1.5-fold switch-off value after expiry of the start-up bridging time
  • A short circuit or an interruption at a current input
