How is an error indicated?

An integrated LED signals the current status using blink codes:

  • No LED signal = Level good
  • Continuous LED signal = Level missing
  • Blinking LED signal = Internal fault, low power supply, or incorrect installation

 

Can the sensor be integrated into safety circuits?

Yes, the potential-free NO contact can be directly wired into a safety circuit without an auxiliary relay. Integrated self-monitoring enhances operational safety, and installation checks ensure proper assembly.

How does the contactless liquid measurement work?

How is the sensor installed, and can the evaluation unit be replaced?

The sensor is mounted with a screw-in part (M20x1.5 mm thread, torque 75 Nm). The evaluation unit can be easily plugged in without opening the medium circuit.
The evaluation unit is replaceable without opening the medium circuit, simplifying maintenance and repairs.

How is a reset performed after a fault?

A reset of the power supply for at least three seconds is sufficient to release the lock and restart the sensor.
