The EMC laboratory is equipped for automotive components as well as products in the industrial, railway, marine, and offshore sectors. Environmental simulation includes vibration tests, climate tests, corrosion tests, and IP protection tests. KRIWAN Testzentrum GmbH provides independent normative measurements in its testing laboratories, as well as developmental support measurements and practical assistance in interference suppression and optimization. State-of-the-art measurement stations with short setup times, fully automated test procedures, and quickly available test documentation are additional advantages.
KRIWAN Testzentrum was founded in 1997. The testing laboratory and product certification body are accredited by the German Accreditation Body (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle - DAkkS). It is designated by the Federal Motor Transport Authority (Kraftfahrt Bundesamt - KBA) as a Technical Service for automotive components. Additionally, KRIWAN Testzentrum is a Notified Body (NB 1772) for construction products according to the German Institute for Structural Engineering (Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik - DIBt) and a recognized body under the State Building Code (Landesbauordnung - BWU33).
