Moisture from the warm ambient air always condenses at the coldest point. If this point is the refrigerant collector, it can lead to icing between the glass cone and the evaluation unit. To address this issue, a special product variant was developed, optimized for use on CO₂ refrigerant collectors and resistant to icing of the optical measurement principle.
