
The basic prerequisite for the diagnosis: AMS Sensor
By interconnecting different PTC sensors according to EN DIN 44081, the new AMS Sensor (advanced motor scaling) is created that responds to the different winding temperatures (PTC sensor chain).
It implements a stepped characteristics curve allowing for a linear temperature measurement of the motor winding. As a result, various stress factors for the motor winding are detected and averted.
Compressor protection unit INT69® Diagnosis
The compressor protection unit INT69® Diagnosis features an extensive diagnosis system with long-term storage, in addition to today's protection and monitoring functions. Collaborating with the new AMS sensor, the INT69® Diagnosis develops its new functionality: It measures the winding temperature, determines and saves critical information on the operation and error data (e.g. the activation frequency, load conditions of the
compressor, error messages and the duty cycle distribution) when voltage is supplied.

Using the INTelligence software, valuable information can be obtained
on the status of the compressor and the system. The diagnosis function includes the plausibility checks of the logic sequences, all important operation and error values of the compressor and provides for its clear visualization.
Crucial evaluation parameters can be configured individually. This allows for a quick analysis and an efficient system management.
