Voctional training at KRIWAN is future-oriented, diverse and individualised. As the first major component in staff development, training traditionally has a high status. KRIWAN offers training for commercial and technical vocations. As a technology-oriented business, KRIWAN relies on highly qualified technical personnel.

The new KRIWAN training concept involves the introduction of a special form of project work, especially in the training for technical vocations. The limited spatial and personal scope of a medium-sized business is an important asset here. Through their practical projects, trainees actively contribute to business processes. In doing so, trainees are directly involved in the innovation process and become aware that their work is of tangible benefit to their in-house superiors and the whole enterprise.

Even during their training, our trainees have a function in the company that goes beyond mere cramming. They learn to work conscientiously and responsibly, flexibly and efficiently. Personal involvement, purposeful feedback and a high estimation of their work all enhance personality development. When they complete their training, they are "ready for take-off" and may launch their careers with a deep sense of commitment.
