  • Application

    The WFR air flow monitor has been specially developed for clean room systems. It monitors difficult air flow speeds in the range of 0.2..1 m/s for remaining above the set limit; analogue output DC 0..10 V, adjustable starting override, O calibration for air flow sensor.

  • Functional description

    The air flow monitor is used primarily in clean-room systems in combination with the air flow sensor to monitor the air flow in order to check if the value falls below the set limit value. The analogue output can also be used for air flow control, for displaying the air flow signal, or for further processing in the DDC.
