• Application

  The INT530 is a digital air flow monitor for two limit values. It monitors air flow values for being within the set limit range and is equipped with an analog output, as well as optical and acoustic fault indicators. Suitable for use in clean rooms and air systems.

• Functional description

  The air flow monitor is used in combination with the INT510 air flow sensor to monitor the air flow in order to check if it exceeds or falls below a set limit value.
