• Application

  The INT3 wind direction sensor is used for measuring the wind direction in greenhouse and building automation applications. Its stepped output signal prevents misinterpretation by the connected evaluation units.

• Functional description

  The INT3 wind direction sensor by KRIWAN records the current wind direction and converts it into a 16-step output signal (15...30 mA) without contact. The sensor is storm-proof and weather-proof. The integrated, autonomously controlled heater enables application at temperatures as low as -40 °C. The evaluation is carried out separately with a measuring device, or by connecting to a KRIWAN greenhouse controller of the INT series. The device is easily mounted to the mast with the included wing screws.
