Customer relations are a key element in the KRIWAN quality policy, since we need their input to develop custom products. Our strict application of QFD (quality function deployment) ensures that we do not deliver standard products, but customised system solutions.

Thanks to our zero-errors policy, KRIWAN customers may depend on us for extremely high quality. KRIWAN standards are high. Our products do not stop at fulfilling the relevant industry standards - our standards are even higher. By using our own production equipment we achieve better reliability and a higher degree of control. Production and development are located at the same site.

Process control is also strictly geared towards the demands of our customers - their input is a key influence in our processes. Flexibility and short response times round off our service.
